Hey Team, today marks ninety days I’ve used P90X- feel free to head to the “Results” tab up above to see my transformation.
My experience with P90X was absolutely amazing. Pre-X, I thought I was in pretty good shape, being on a high school wrestling team and all, and I only did the workouts to stay in shape after graduation. Little did I know it would completely kick my butt and change my entire life(not exaggerating). NOW I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been, and I know I still have more to improve on. Finished P90X? Looking for more? I’m just wrapping up day ninety and get to do my pictures(Yes, I’m nervous) and I’m trying to decide what to do next. I have the luxury of information, however- I know what products do what and what I want to accomplish in my near future. For you guys, you may need help deciding to do another round of P90X(yes, that’s an option) or to choose another program to target a specific group of muscles, for example Hip Hop Abs(obviously for abs). Shakeology- Like You Were Addicted to Christmas

I had today’s WonderDrink(Shakeology) about twenty minutes ago and already I feel its delicious power in my veins. It makes me clear-headed and makes me feel all-around good. I’ve drank this magically delicious concoction for the last three weeks and the results have blown me away. I’m a pretty little guy already so I don’t use Shakeology as a meal replacement like most people, but instead as a way to add nutrients and calories to my current diet. What is a "Free Player"? To encourage everyone to get moving there is a great tool at Teambeachbody called WOWY (located under the "Get Fit" tab). It's a virtual workout gym and way to hold yourself accountable for your daily workouts.
